INGREDIENTS:

chicken fillet, beef, beef fat, nitrite curing salt mixture, sugar-based mixture (dextrose, glucose syrup), black pepper, garlic, nutmeg, starter culture, ground cinnamon. GMO-free.

Store at 0°C to 6°C for 60 days.
